TR101 Watson 2500 Auger Drill & Rigs

TR103 Watson 3110TM Auger Drill & Rig

Capable of drilling to depths of 36m without using extensions.

These Auger drill rigs are designed with 81,000 ft-lbs of drilling torque and 38,000 ft-lbs of crowd pressure needed for any extreme drilling conditions. I.e. gravel, large boulders and sandstone.

Torque Rathole’s Watson 3110TM is a self-contained drill unit mounted on a 6 axle western star. Drill unit includes a 3 element kelly bar system for drill depths to 36 metres.

Kelly bars are 10” outer, 8”and 6” intermediates, otary torque 113,000 ft-lbs, crowd force 50,000 ft-lbs

Inner kelly winch pullmaster M50 with controlled free fall for high speed into the hole and retract auxiliary winch pullmaster M18, Electronic drill depth and level indicators

Tri-Axle Service Truck and Trailer

Tri-drive truck equipped with an automatic transmission that is beneficial on soft leases and in the hills where shifting can become a problem.

Carries an 800 gallon heated water tank.

Tri-axle drop deck trailers are capable of hauling all of the tooling and extra pipe needed to do multiple jobs or multi-well pads.

Pipe is situated lower on the trailer to meet OH&S regulations.

Carries 120’ of 16” heavy wall at all times for pounding into gravel and sand.

Trailer is designed to haul 60’ pieces of pipe to location for those deeper conductors which saves the cost of the welder on location.
