Torque Rathole and Drilling "Safety First"
- We know that safety is First on any job of any size and believe in regular training.
- Provide scheduled maintenance on all equipment so the job gets done every time.
- We have field supervision inspecting job sites so that any situation can be overcome.
- Make sure all staff assist on difficult projects. We believe in Team Work!
Torque Rathole Drilling Inc is a member of PICS, ISNetwork and complyworks
We also have a certificate in Partnership in Injury Reduction with a valid COR certificate, Workers Compensation Board clearance, IRP 16 – Basic Safety Awareness Training, and an Alberta Safety Fitness Certificate.
All field Employees are certified in WHMIS, PST, First Aid, H2S, CSTS, Ground Disturbance and have a class one drivers license with air brakes. All personnel receive a shop and field orientation prior to starting work.
Every job has a comprehensive safety program and rigid pre job safety meeting. Torques onsite safety meetings include all our personnel and any prime contractors or sub contractors on location. No one moves until all hazards are identified and everyone is safe to proceed with our tasks at hand.
